Webmail

Webmail is useful if you are away from your normal PC and want to access your email, while on holiday or visiting friends. It also provide you access to your spam folder.

Use this link to access your mail using Webmail: http://www.webmail.1and1.co.uk
Use your email address as the username and your given password to logon.

Spam control

All mailboxes have spam control enable at "medium" level as default. Let me know if you want to raise or lower this, if you think that too much spam is still coming through or too many emails are ending up in our spam folder.

The spam folder can be accessed using Webmail.

Virus protection

It is now also possible to add virus protection to your mailbox for £ 15 per year. It will detect viruses, worms and Trojans and harmful elements across all major file types. It will block mobile code such as Java, ActiveX and stand-alone script-based threats.

This is an additional safety feature. It is NOT a replacement for the virus protection on your PC.
